Charles Heidsieck Rosé Réserve

Like Charles Heidsieck Brut Réserve, the Rosé Réserve is the result of meticulous attention and stands out for its unconventional character.

80% of the year’s wines are composed of equal portions of Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, while the 20% of reserve wines are made up of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay. Each are vinified cru by cru, varietal by varietal, in stainless steel vats.

The aromatic harmony of the red wines from Bouzy, Ambonnay, Verzenay, Hautvillers and Les Riceys complete this blended rosé.

Olivier Bonville runs this Côte des Blancs estate, originally set up by his grandfather Franck, a grower in Avize. The Bonvilles now have an unrivalled domaine in Avize, Oger and Cramant, totalling 20 hectares of Chardonnay vineyards, all classified Grand Cru.

From two Grands Crus, Champagne Franck Bonville Rosé is made of a strict selection of Pinot Noir from Ambonnay, which brings a delicate and fruity side to the elegant Chardonnay of Avize. Chardonnay 90% Pinot Noir 10%. This cuvée is recognisable by its wonderful deep pink color with salmon glints.
